Lightspeed Secure Residential ADSL Sign-Up
Starting a new account with Lightspeed is quick and easy, and we offer many choices to get started with Lightspeed High Speed ADSL
Internet. The options are: through the online form, download and print our
.pdf application form, fax the completed form to our sales office, mail it to
our Burnaby office via Canada post, or please always feel free to drop by
our office. Once we receive your application we will begin the process of
fullfilling your order.
Our regular ordering process requires 5 business days to complete your
dedicated circuit. Your new connection will be configured and setup for
plug and play of the 5th day of the ordering process and prior to
completion we will need to make arrangements to send you a new ADSL modem,
if you require one.
If you currently have an existing adsl connection with another provider we
will provide you with simple instructions to co-ordinate the switch to
Lightspeed with very little downtime during the transition to the
Lightspeed network.
