I had been a customer for around 5 years, and a competitor got me to sign a 2 year contract to get access to their fibre network. What a nightmare. After 6 months, I just had to come back to Lightspeed. Their support alone is more than worth the change. A more stable network, and better support. What more could you want? I’m never changing again.

Excellent Service and Support!

I have been a happy customer for almost 20 years! Their internet services and packages have saved me lots of money all these years compared with if I had stayed with one of the big players. From dialogue and wired to broadband and wireless, the upgrades and changes of plans were done smoothly and professionally with transparent information. The speed and support are reliable and excellent.

In 2021, I had connectivity issue. They arranged a technician to come to diagnose the cause after the technical assistance over the phone didn’t solve the problem. It turned out that the modem I rented from the company was broken. The modem was replaced, and I received credit for the days without internet. I was very satisfied that the company handled the issue in a timely and methodical manner with the focus on customer service.

I’ve been using Lightspeed for around 5 years now and have been very pleased with their service. Rarely any issues compared to the big name competitors I’ve used in the past. Very short waits when you do have to call in and customer service is hands down the best compared to any other service provider. They get things right and do it quickly while offering low rates and quality speeds in my opinion.

I have dealt with Customer Service, Billing and Technicians, any and all who I have found very polite, patient and extremely experienced and familiar with all areas of their responsibilities. I have enjoyed their reasonably priced services and highly recommend them to all. I truly must say that when my son, who is a Sr Computer Systems Analyst for one of the major employers in BC, found Internet Lightspeed services for me, it could not have served the purpose better. I am a Sr woman, living alone, who just follows the instructions over the phone, no problem. It’s really nice saving all that 💸 on something else for myself. Anyone complaining about this service and prices really should be paying elsewhere.

I can’t believe how great Lightspeed Cable is. Their customer service is beyond excellent, never had to wait long on the phone to get support. They will help you in any way they can. They follow up on you and have really good technical people support. After being a customer with both Shaw and Telus switching to Lightspeed was the best thing I ever did.
