Equal access to our services

Our customers and partners have the right to equal access to our services, and our staff have the right to do their jobs free from barriers. Internet Lightspeed is committed to identifying, preventing and removing barriers in line with the Accessible Canada Act, and we respond to accessibility requests in a timely manner.

Building a barrier-free environment takes time. Our Accessibility Plan sets out how we will get there, and we publish a progress report on this page every year.
